The main function features of the equipment
1.Each device can perform constant current and constant voltage charge and constant current discharge test on 512 batteries that meet the voltage range.
2.Using the constant current-constant voltage power supply of the invention patent, there is no impact from constant current to constant voltage switching, which is especially suitable for the requirements of lithium ion battery charging.
3.The device uses an AVR single-chip computer as the control center. With the external sampling circuit, it can be controlled by the superior computer. When connected to the computer, it can save the full charge and discharge curve of all channels, and can also be separated from the upper computer and complete the operation through the control panel. Constant current constant voltage charge, constant current discharge test, time sorting and other work.
4.Each battery fully has its own constant current and constant voltage source, and its own loop does not affect each other
5.Real-time detection of each battery voltage, charging, the first constant current charging, when the battery voltage reaches the set value, will be smoothly transferred to constant voltage charging, to meet the set time or current termination conditions, the charge is over. During constant current discharge, when the battery voltage is lower than the set value, the discharge is completed and the corresponding battery indicator lights up.
6.With the power-off protection function, the original work flow can be continued after the call.
7.The power tube uses 50N06, suitable for batteries that require lower discharge voltages, such as lithium iron phosphate batteries.
8.The upper computer can set 32 process parameters and 256 cycles. Each host computer can connect 1 to 20 sets of single-chip microcomputer systems (10 sets or less are recommended).
9.Supporting software features. 10.a) Using graphic operation interface to display the data of each battery voltage, current, time, capacity, etc., and display the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions in various colors;
1.b) Any segmented battery capacity indication (up to 100 segments);
2.c) The data points can be recorded according to the voltage, current, and time variation conditions to form a complete charging and discharging curve data. The time interval of the curve data points is ≤ 4 seconds.

This machine is a dividing cabinet used for testing prismatic lithium batteries, including: a dividing cabinet body,
which has a cavity for placing multiple batteries and an opening for taking and placing multiple batteries;

Multiple quick clamps, with a fixing plate at the end of the telescopic rod for fixing the positive and negative heat dissipation probes;
